Biohazard and unattended death situations require specialized cleaning, careful handling of affected materials, and discretion. Allen's Restoration provides professional remediation of affected properties after the appropriate authorities have released the scene.
Biohazard remediation addresses biological contamination on surfaces and in affected materials. Trauma scene cleanup, unattended death cleanup, and decomposition cleanup each require a plan based on the condition of the property.
Remains are handled by the appropriate authorities, medical examiner or coroner, funeral professionals, or other legally responsible parties. Allen’s Restoration’s service begins after the remains have been removed and the scene has been released for remediation.

Discreet. Respectful. Professional.
These situations can be difficult for families, property owners, landlords, and others responsible for a property. We approach each conversation with respect and discretion, explaining the proposed cleanup scope and next steps clearly.
You do not need to share graphic details to begin the conversation. Tell us the property location, which areas are affected, and whether the appropriate authorities have released the scene. We discuss access and material decisions with the responsible property contact.
A Plan for the Affected Property
Biological contamination cleanup may involve cleaning suitable surfaces and removing affected materials that cannot be adequately cleaned. The scope depends on the rooms, surfaces, and contents involved.
Decomposition odor cleanup is considered alongside the source of contamination and the affected materials. Odor remediation is part of the cleanup plan; outcomes depend on the property’s conditions.
If you are looking for crime scene cleanup, contact us after the appropriate authorities have completed their work and released the scene. Our role is property remediation after release.
